  6. Here you will find a FULL Timidity archive, ready  to be
  7. unpacked and used in PPC and 68k  versions. Please  note
  8. that I'm NOT the author of the port of Timidity, the PPC
  9. version is ported by Holger Jakob, the 68k one  is  done
  10. by Philipp Grosswiler. What I did  was  downloading  the
  11. great patches collected by Eric A. Welsh and adapted the
  12. config files to be used on Amiga versions.
  13.  
  14. There are also some MIDI2WAV ready-to-go scripts done by
  15. me, to make life easier :-)
  16.  
  17. I decided to upload the whole archive because it has been
  18. really difficult to set  up  the  configuration  and  the
  19. files so I thought it could be useful for the Amigans all
  20. over the world.
  21.  
  22. I have set up this set of GUS patches because  they sound
  23. really well, the quality is comparable to a good hardware
  24. player, and overall the sound is quite realistic.
  25.  
  26. Timidity is distribuited under GNU Public License.
